We will not have Awaken this Sunday July 12th. We will have Awaken the following week on July 19th at the normal time.
Patrick will be at Glen Lake Camp all next week! Patrick is the co-dean (along with Mel Baggett) for Pilgrimage 2 camp. Pilgrimage 2 is the name of the week for Senior High campers. Glen Lake Camp is a Central Texas Conference camp located in Glen Rose, Texas in which students from all of the conference attend every summer. We still need volunteers for Pilgrimage 2 this summer. Volunteers arrive at camp on Sunday, July 12th and will be there until Friday morning, July 17th. If you have a week that you can volunteer at the camp with 200 campers I would love to have you this week! If you would like to volunteer you can fill out a form here. Be sure to check the Pilgrimage 2 box. The camp needs volunteers for other weeks as well, so if this coming week doesn’t work for you and you still want to volunteer you can do that! Dave Brower will be the co-dean of the last camp of the summer… you may remember Dave from coming to speak with us at Awaken the end of last year. I think he needs volunteers too!
