Tonight at Awaken we had some delicious carrot cake that was made by Carol Howton and it went well with the iced coffee we have been rockin’ lately. We began our worship with several songs. We introduced a new song that you will hear a whole lot more of in the future. The song is called “cannons”, by Phil Wickham (look it up you will like it). After that we watched “Open”, a nooma video from Rob Bell. After watching the video we took some time to talk with each other and share some thoughts that we have on the video. We talked about what it means to be “brutally honest” with God when we pray. We then closed with a time of prayer and one last song. It was a great night! We will not have Awaken next week (July 12th), but we will be back on our normal schedule on July 19th. So we will see you in a couple of weeks. I need Gods help with my only daughter, shes at that age 18oct next month, she as Gods call on her life but thats all she wonts to do is say out at night, with the girls and lads, she in collage doing hairdressing, she leaves at 8am comes home about 5pm, and no food goes straight out I never get to see her, untill what every time she comes in and goes straight to bed, I was told be herself she does not wont to say on the pill, as she losses her menstral, I told her if she gets herself pregnat than she as to go and live with her mam, with as never bothered with this child not phone calls very few letters, may be one every 3 to 4 years, but Im getting worne out by it all, I was going to get married haveing bn on my own for ten years or more, but because of this child the lady that loved me could not hang arund haveing bn ingaged to me for five years, could not waight any longer, pleaxe help me the dad in prayer as I feel burn out by all of this tramer, thanking you, Mr P.j.Hemmings
